You must be at least 21 years of age and an individual (not a corporate entity) to hold a lov4d account. Underage registration is prohibited and any balance associated with such an account will be voided upon discovery.
All deposits and withdrawals on lov4d are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No foreign currency conversions are performed by lov4d.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 To register and maintain a lov4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
2.2 lov4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal (mandatory KYC) or in response to a specific compliance trigger. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by lov4d may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
2.3 Employees, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of lov4d's operating company and its technology partners are not eligible to hold a Member Account or participate in promotions unless expressly authorised in writing by lov4d management.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) lov4d Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them, including Real-Money Funds and Bonus Funds.
3.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to lov4d during registration and at any subsequent point — including KYC documentation — is accurate, current, and complete. lov4d may require you to update your registration details if there is reason to believe they have become inaccurate or out of date.
3.4 lov4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. Registration approval is not guaranteed and shall not be construed as a contractual obligation on the part of lov4d.
3.5 Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation via your registered Indonesian mobile number. Your Account is activated and ready for use once this confirmation is issued. Full KYC completion is required before your first withdrawal can be processed but is not a prerequisite for depositing or playing on the Platform.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lov4d username, password, and any SMS verification codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 lov4d will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from lov4d that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify lov4d immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your registered mobile number is compromised. lov4d will take reasonable steps to assist with account recovery following identity verification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or to notify lov4d in a timely manner.
4.4 All activity conducted through your lov4d Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is assumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified lov4d of a security breach prior to that activity occurring.
5.1 Deposits to your lov4d Account must be made using one of the following approved Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), or OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (digital wallet). All other payment methods are not accepted.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. No maximum single deposit limit is imposed by lov4d at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits which are outside lov4d's control.
5.3 lov4d does not charge any fees for deposits. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with the transfer are your sole responsibility.
5.4 Deposits are credited to your lov4d Account balance instantly upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. In the rare event of a delayed confirmation, the funds will be credited once lov4d receives verification from the relevant bank or e-wallet operator.
5.5 You warrant that all funds deposited to your lov4d Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. lov4d may request source-of-funds documentation in connection with large or unusual deposit patterns as part of its compliance obligations.
5.6 lov4d reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by lov4d compliance staff following identity verification. lov4d does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Member's verified name.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. lov4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees at the platform level.
6.3 Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during lov4d operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, seven days a week including Indonesian public holidays). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next operating window.
6.4 KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport) and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method to which the withdrawal is directed. lov4d will process the KYC review within one (1) business day of receiving complete documentation.
6.5 Only Real-Money Funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied their stated rollover conditions are not withdrawable. The distinction between withdrawable and non-withdrawable funds is displayed in your Account balance view.
6.6 lov4d reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending additional identity verification, fraud review, or compliance investigation. In such cases, lov4d will notify the Member within 24 hours and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
7.1 lov4d may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other incentive schemes to Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms (including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus play) which are disclosed in the promotion details before a Member chooses to accept the offer.
7.2 By accepting any lov4d promotion, you confirm that you have read and agree to the specific terms of that promotion, which form part of this Agreement.
7.3 General bonus conditions applicable to all lov4d promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:
7.4 lov4d is under no obligation to offer any specific promotion to any Member, and the availability of promotional offers may vary based on a Member's activity, account standing, and jurisdiction of access.
8.1 All bets placed on lov4d are final once confirmed by the system. lov4d does not accept requests to void or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of manifest system error as defined in Clause 8.3.
8.2 Sportsbook bets are governed by lov4d's published sportsbook rules, which specify settlement procedures for postponed events, abandoned matches, voided selections, and mix parlay (accumulator) leg cancellations. These rules apply to all markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures.
8.3 In the event of a manifest pricing error (an odds quotation that is demonstrably incorrect due to a technical fault), lov4d reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and refund the stake to the Member's Account. lov4d will communicate such voidances to affected Members promptly.
8.4 Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical actions conducted in certified studios (real cards, physical wheels, physical dice). lov4d does not control the outcome of live games. Slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator systems.
8.5 Members are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game or betting market before participating. lov4d provides game rules and paytable information within each game interface. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or void.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lov4d. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable referral to law enforcement authorities:

11.1 All content on the lov4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface elements, logos, software, game content, and data — is the exclusive property of lov4d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms.
11.2 You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from any lov4d content without prior written authorisation from lov4d. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights and is licensed to lov4d for Member use on the Platform only.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lov4d's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds deposited by you to your lov4d Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 lov4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if lov4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 lov4d does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service outages (including Indonesian bank and e-wallet systems), or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. lov4d will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
12.4 Nothing in this clause limits lov4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
13.1 lov4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 You may close your lov4d Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to account closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already on file.
13.3 Where an Account is suspended or closed by lov4d due to breach of these Terms, lov4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit such balances as a remedy.
14.1 lov4d collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at lov4d.org/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
14.2 lov4d uses Member data solely to operate the Platform, verify Member identity, process payments, deliver personalised promotions (where consent has been given), and fulfil compliance obligations. Member data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
15.1 lov4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, lov4d will provide notice to Members via the registered mobile number or by a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment comes into force.
16.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to lov4d's operating jurisdiction. Where a dispute arises between lov4d and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting lov4d support.
16.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.3 Nothing in this clause prevents lov4d from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud.
